It was a nice building now its filled with bums, though as of lately the CP Police have control over it. So its been cleaned a bit by volunteers. Though I doubt it will ever end up being anything again.Too bad too nice building.

If that’s the case, then why are real estate prices astronomical in places like Boston, New York, and San Francisco? People left the cities in the 1950s because they were run down after 20 years of war and depression, and then the urban renewal charlatans ruined most of them so nobody would want to come back. At any rate, people are going to have to get used to living in close proximity again soon: peak oil is going to kill suburbia whether anyone likes it or not.
