Now you mention it, cat people, especially the version you refer to, is kinda brilliant.

Starter for 10, which album did Bowie himself say he wish he never made

    I thought that the …
I thought that the best songs on the Let’s Dance album were Ricochet and Cat People Puttin Out Fire ( though the movie score version was actualy alot better ), which are actualy two of the less popularly known songs on that album.

He really is a good …
He really is a good performer. Not only is he a great singer & writer, but he’s also very cleverly gesticular. Just catch his hand movements when he sings “ocean” at 1:26 and “dart” at 2:13,.. how he uses that mime.

    The first3 tracks …
The first3 tracks on Lets Dance are amazing, Lets Dance, China Girl and Modern love. The rest kinda sucks

This sounds so great I don’t understand why all you guys can talk about is how Let’s Dance sucked. And on another note. Let’s Dance is awesome. Modern Love is a great song.

    I saw the Serious …
I saw the Serious Moonlight Tour and I thought the sound quality was sooooo high pitched and hissy. And what on earth is with Bowie’s cotton candy hair-do and the baggy pants suit? He looks like a retiree from Boca Raton. The set was pure cheese. Giant plastic shower curtain columns that spin, ye gods! And those Mr. wiggley-wobley leg moves? A pure horror.

    I agree. Sad part …
I agree. Sad part is that his voice was probably at it’s strongest on this tour. Vocally, the Serious moonlight tour was BONKERS……..it’s just so…..so…..eighties. I saw an 80s tour where he described his Glass Spider tour as his “Phil Collins” years.
