Why the civillians/farmers are joining in the fight against the US Army, the real reason the Pak Army is fighting in Waziristan is because there has been attacks on the US Army from this region, the people from here are the sons of the Mujahideen who fought the Russians and won. So the Americans couldn’t fight the Pathans (40,000) from Wazirstan so they paid Pakistan $7.5Bn to be paid over 5 years to do the Job that America didn’t want to do.
