I personally can’t … I personally can’t stand all these energy drink companies and all they stand for. What you should do is contact their competitors and see if they will help contribute some money to your cause. I’m sure they would love to see monster energy (liquid in a can) competitors waste a ton of time and resources chasing down a legal battle instead of competing with them.

I think the reason … I think the reason Monster is doing this, is not so much that their business is affected by a beer company from the use of the name, even if it’s just part of a name.
I think it’s sort of a childish resentment that this beer company would benefit from all of Monster’s several years long effort of marketing and their popularity – the work they’d done and money they spent to associate “monster” with beverage.
I’m never going to … I’m never going to pick up another Monster or Monster affiliated drink. Furthermore, I’m going to cease carrying it in my convenience store – and believe me, they will know why.

There is no antifreeze (ethylene glycol), embalming agents, or window washing chemicals. Your heart raced because energy drinks are loaded with caffiene and other stimulants. None of which are as strong as common prescriptions such as amphetamines (adderal) or methylphenadate (ritalin).
